Editorial policy and AI assistance
ViWeb Technology uses AI assistance in the editorial work behind our articles. This page explains what that means, how our current security articles are produced, and how to tell us when something is wrong. It applies to every post on our blog in both languages.
Effective 31 October 2026.
What AI assistance means here
AI assistance can include drafting an article, adapting it between English and Vietnamese, or making editorial changes such as shortening, restructuring and correcting text. The extent varies by article. We publish under ViWeb Technology as the editorial author and do not attach a human byline to text no named person wrote.
How our current security articles are produced
Since October 2026 we have published a recurring, automated stream of security guidance for business website owners. These articles follow one workflow. Fable, an AI writing model, drafts both the English and Vietnamese versions from the same verified evidence. Sol, an AI review assistant, selects topics, opens the primary advisories, checks affected versions, prerequisites and exploitation claims, and compares the two language versions for the same meaning. Claims that are incomplete, disputed or unverifiable are held rather than published.
Publication after these checks is automatic under a standing authorization from the owner of ViWeb Technology. No person individually approves each article.
Older articles
Our archive includes articles written before this workflow existed, with varying origins and levels of AI involvement. The short disclosure on those articles refers to AI-assisted editorial maintenance. It does not claim that each article was originally AI-drafted, and it does not mean the article was produced under the workflow above or re-checked against its sources. Their original publication and checked dates remain as written.
Dates, sources and limits
Articles in the current automated security stream link to their sources and state a checked-as-of date. That date tells you when the sources were read. The publication date may differ, and anything that happened later is not covered. These articles describe who is affected, the business effect, how to check exposure, the verified fix or mitigation, and what remains unknown. Older archive articles may not carry these dates or source lists.
Applying a patch closes a known weakness but does not prove a website was never compromised. All our articles are general guidance, not a diagnosis of your website, and not a new guarantee or a change to any service agreement.
Two languages, one meaning
The English and Vietnamese versions carry the same facts, dates, versions, advice and level of certainty. They are written naturally in each language rather than word for word.
Corrections
If you find an error, tell us through our contact page with the article URL and the issue. Corrections that change the substance of an article are dated within it.
